ENG3152 The Literature of Adolescence

Description:

This unit explores the concept of adolescence as reflected in literature over a number of decades. It deals with such questions as the disappearance of childhood, reader response, and the treatment of contemporary issues in recent fiction. Some attention is given to the stages of child development as established by Erikson and others.
