Film and Video Major

G80 BACHELOR OF CREATIVE INDUSTRIES 
 

A Film and Video major allows students to combine theory and practice in studying film, cinema, television and video.  Courses are offered in video production, film theory and scriptwriting. Students have the opportunity to specialise in these areas.  The course provides opportunities for developing creative expression, vocational skills within the film and video industries, and critical understanding and appreciation of these media.  It trains students to think critically, to work collaboratively, to use new technologies and to develop a portfolio of their own work.
