K11 BACHELOR OF PLANNING | |||||||||||||||
The Indigenous Planning minor introduces students to the cultural, social, and environmental issues facing Indigenous communities in Australia. In particular it includes an examination of native title legislation and leading court judgements since the Mabo decision. The minor also examines the role of the National Native Title Tribunal, representative bodies, governments, and mediation processes between relevant stakeholders. Students are required to complete 60 credit points (4 units) for this minor. | |||||||||||||||
