OCT2201 Pathophysiology

Description:

The focus of this unit is on the principles of pathophysiology and concepts of the disease process. These include processes such as inflammation and infections, as well as conditions that may alter a person’s health by mimicking pathophysiologic processes or affecting the process of disease. An examination of the commonly occurring problems and disorders relevant to each system and their impact on occupational performance is made.
