WRT1101 Language and Writing

The purpose of this unit is to provide students with fresh insights into the origins and principal features of English. Useful literary devices and writing techniques will be explored to extend students’ own writing skills. Students will attempt a number of writing tasks across a range of genres in the light of the language study provided in the unit.
