Industrial Relations Major

The past decade has seen the growth in importance of both industrial relations and human resource management functions, and demand for graduates in these areas is expanding as the complexity of employment relations increases.  Careers include human resource specialists in the private and public sectors, and industrial relations officers, advocates, and research officers with employers, unions and in the public sector. Students are required to have a total of 120 credit points to complete the Industrial Relations Major.

 

Note: The Major in Industrial Relations can only be taken as a second Major in conjunction with the Human Resource Management Major.
