G50 Bachelor of Performing Arts (Music) Honours

The Bachelor of Performing Arts (Honours) course is designed to enable students to excel in musical performance or composition and to engage in supporting scholarly research.  It builds on the Bachelor of Performing Arts in strengthening the academic substance of the degree and better equips its holders to pursue higher studies. 

 

The research component of the Honours year makes it suitable for students whose chosen career path entails exploration of new and neglected repertoire.

 

The Bachelor of Performing Arts (Honours) year includes 6 units worth 20 credit points each.
