IMM5143 e-learning and Borderless Classrooms
SCHOOL OF COMMUNICATIONS AND ARTS

Description:
The unit will draw upon educational, social and political constructs to examine the influences of globalization brought about by the advent of e-learning, and its growing adoption by a large range of education and non-education industries. Students will be provided with opportunities to examine the impact of e-learning on the quality, distribution and economics of education and training; and also be invited to critique the concept and the characteristics of the ‘borderless classroom’ in light of this.
