CHN1100 Facilitating Play

Description:
This unit is taught by Central Metropolitan College of TAFE. It provides introductory skills for students wishing to work in Children’s Services with children aged from birth to twelve years and families. The unit focuses on interactions with children, facilitating play and leisure and organising learning experiences to enhance children’s development. Communication with family members is a component of the unit. Students will learn how to maintain a healthy and safe environment for children.
