HST1153 Occupational Health and Safety Legislation and Mining Safety Legislation
SCHOOL OF EXERCISE AND HEALTH SCIENCES

Description:
The students will be introduced to the legislative framework of occupational safety and health. The relevant state legislation will be discussed, including relevant regulations and the most important codes of practice. The role of the federal legislative framework and the above national legislation will be addressed. Mining safety legislation, including relevant regulations and codes of practice will be paid particular attention.
