TDE2151 Instructional Skills for Trainers

Description:
This unit is designed to allow participants to improve their instructional skills. Topics to be considered include: general theories of learning; principles of adult learning applied to adult learning and training; learning styles and appropriate learning tasks; alternative instructional strategies and methods; specific instructional skills such as communicating, explaining and questioning.
