| This unit will introduce students to the Australian legal system, from both a practical and theoretical perspective. This unit will provide a critical introduction to the skills and methodology of legal research and legal analysis. Students are introduced to both the civil and criminal law by exploration and critique of statute, common and customary law. | |||
