TDE5102 Advanced Strategies in Training and Development

Description:
The focus in this unit will be upon investigating advanced training and development strategies in the workplace from the perspective of basic values of human potential in relation to worth, equality, dignity, creativity, innovation and excellence. The unit investigates how training and development practices are coordinated and integrated within organisational goals and strategies. Identifying the linkages between the role of Training and Development practitioners and the development of learning organisations in which workplace performance is enhanced and personal growth is achieved will be fundamental to study in this unit.
