Description:
The environmental chemistry section considers the composition and function of the earth's major environmental components: the atmosphere, hydrosphere and lithosphere. Air and water quality and pollution will be addressed in some detail. The analytical chemistry section covers areas of instrumentation where there has been rapid change or improvements to instrumentation, techniques and applications. In particular, it focuses on the rapid growth in the use of hyphenated techniques.
