| This unit explores the use of the Internet and WWW for delivering interactive media; the use of local and wide area networks; the role of client and server software for the WWW; the development of interactive media for network delivery; delivering audio and video through the Internet; using CGI scripts to support dynamic WWW page development; server-side processing and the use of databases; managing WWW servers; and security, storage, and related issues associated with information delivery through networked communications. | |||
