Description:

This unit involves a detailed examination of the law of property in Australia. The unit will commence with an examination of the nature of real and personal property and then turn to focus on Real Property.  The unit considers the nature and extent as well as the differences of property tenure, the disposition of proprietary interests, and the statutory systems regulating proprietary interests in land in Western Australia.  The nature of property ownership will be critically evaluated throughout the program.
