Disability Standards for Education (Commonwealth 2005)
For the purposes of considering a request for Reasonable Adjustments under the Disability Standards for Education (Commonwealth 2005), inherent requirements for this subject are articulated in the Unit Description, Learning Outcomes, Graduate Attributes and Assessment Requirements of this entry. For students enrolled in the double degree in Arts and Law this minor comprises 90 credit points (six units) made up as follows:
 
PHR1102 Critical Thinking 15
 
2 law electives (3 law electives if the major is Japanese)
plus
3 units from the list under the Australian Cultural studies major (2 if the major is Japanese)
 
At least 45 points (three (3) units) must be at upper levels of which two upper level units must come from one of the following disciplines: History, Geography, Politics and Government, Sociology and Anthropology, Philosophy and Religion, or Aboriginal Studies. The law electives are deemed to meet the requirement for a second discipline. PHR1102 belongs to the discipline Philosophy and Religion.
