E90 Bachelor of Arts (Religious Studies) Honours

Bachelor of Arts Honours

 

Within the School of International, Cultural and Community Studies, the following Bachelor of Arts Honours are offered:

 

Drama Studies

English

Geography

History

Language Studies

Politics and Government

Religious Studies

Social Sciences

Sociology and Anthropology

Writing

 

Honours degrees are four year full-time programs, the final year of which involves research oriented study.

 

In order to be eligible for consideration for provisional admission to Honours, students shall normally have a minimum course average of 70 per cent at the end of semester 1, year three, of their current study program.

 

The same course average shall normally be required for confirmation of admission to an Honours course.


Religious Studies

The honours program comprising a fourth year of full-time study is available to students who have successfully completed a Bachelor of Arts major in Religious Studies at this University, or at another tertiary institution offering a similar award in Religious Studies or a comparable area.
