LOCATION AND MODE OF STUDY

This course is available by full-time or part-time study on the Joondalup campus at the newly designed purpose built and fully operational micro brewery. The brewery has been specifically designed for the program so that students gain invaluable practical experience.

MKT3195 Services Marketing III * 15
MKT2199 Introductory Brewing Science II 15
 
*HOS2110 Food and Beverage Management II and MKT3195 Services Marketing III are existing units.


Students majoring in Hospitality Management or Marketing, and Micro Brewery Management must select an elective unit in their respective Major to replace those units which form a component of the Micro Brewery Management course and their other major.
