NSP1204 Health Assessment in Nursing

Description:

In this unit students will, by observation and practical involvement, apply the principles of health assessment and problem solving skills to nursing care situations. Research findings and a problem solving process will be used to enable students to apply the principles to nursing practice, aimed at the maintenace of the individual's harmony with the environment.
