This unit gives students an understanding of the principles of planning, design and operations of a diverse range of community and commercial leisure facilities, including playgrounds and parks, adventure facilities (trails, high ropes, climbing centres), theatres, regional leisure centres and swimming pools. This unit has a professional practice (fieldwork) component. | |||
