Description:

An introduction to curriculum planning and the design of teaching, learning and assessment tasks in Health and Physical Education. The teacher’s skills in designing curriculum and teaching and learning activities to address various learning outcomes in Health and Physical Education will be outlined and practically applied.   Linkages between curriculum aims, teaching strategies and instructional formats will be addressed . Innovative methods in teaching games will be compared with traditional methods.
