Description: | |||
Students will be introduced to the following music software programs: Reaktor, SoundHack, Sibelius, and MetaSynth. These programs are selected for their creative possibilities, sound manipulation, and, professional acceptance and opportunities. This unit covers the major features, technical and creative possibilities, as well as, each program’s unique feature or purpose. Students will use the technical skills and creative options available to compose music, and, notate a multi-part score using Sibelius. | |||
