CSI4104 Information Security
 
Description:
Database architectures and security requirements. Database security models. Access control in relational and object-oriented databases. Ramifications for security in data mining. Special security topics relating to statistical databases.

Students enrolled in this unit will be required to pay a subscription to the Oracle Academic Initiative (OAI). This will cover the provision of learning materials and software for home use sourced from Oracle.
