Description:

The unit focuses on traditional and emergent models of organisational behaviour and change, and their application in a health context. The unit utilises a work-based adult learning approach whereby students undertake an organisational case study/project as self-managing learners. Whilst utilising appropriate literature, the practical project is expected to address and report on issue(s) associated with change management, such as teamwork, culture, transition, role effectiveness, facilitating and measuring the effectiveness of the change process.
