Description:

The unit concentrates on the wider environmental context within which health services are provided. It explores the information, economic and political forces that impact upon health care and offers a range of models for managing change within health service organisations. A focus on what makes up good quality information as a means of providing support to effective decision making is a main feature of the unit.
