This unit explores how key organisation skills can be applied by understanding the particular culture of health service organisations. It examines potential areas of conflict in health organisations and offers ways of minimising negative impact. The unit also provides students with the opportunity to develop their understanding of the scope of quality as a domain within health care organisations and provides a framework for students to explore the issue of customer responsiveness in health care settings. | |||
