Recruitment and retention decisions have a fundamental impact upon all systems within an organisation. Additionally, retaining people who effectively contribute to the organisation is necessary to maintain business viability. In this unit, students focus on the process relating to recruitment, selection and retention strategies which can benefit the organisation as a whole.
