This unit provides an introduction to the management of construction projects and site works. Relevant standards, contract laws, tender processes, and works documentation are all covered. Issues concerning the use of sustainable construction practices, environmental management, and minimisation of impacts on the construction workforces and the surrounding environment will be discussed.
