TDE5502 Instructional Approaches for Trainers

Description:

This unit is designed to allow participants to improve their instructional skills. Students will expolore general theories of learning; principles of adult learning applied to adult learning and training; learning styles and appropriate learning tasks.  Students will develop capabilities to use alternative instructional strategies and methods and specific instructional skills such as communicating, explaining and questioning.
