TDE5501 Developing Training Programmes

Description:

This unit is designed to enable trainers to develop logical and rational programmes. Implementation and marketing strategies aimed at approval and acceptance of the new programmes will be identified. Task analysis, determination of learning outcomes and performance criteria, selection of content, method and assessment strategies will also be considered.
