Students will develop an understanding of the principles of primary health care and community health. The nursing application to individuals, families and groups will be discussed in relation to health promotion, health maintenance and disease prevention. The theoretical basis of this unit includes theoretical perspectives from Nursing and Health Sciences. | |||
