In this unit students will, by both observation and practical involvement, learn to apply the principles of physical assessment skills to clinical practice. Research findings and a problem solving process will be used to enable student groups to apply the principles to healthcare contexts. The following units must be undertaken concurrently (K45 BSc(Nursing) students only): NNT1205 - Theories&Principles relating to Nursing Care and SCN1106 - Biological Science in Nursing 2 (SCN1106 may be completed prior to enrolment in NSP1205).
