This unit provides instruction in the history, scope, application and applied significance of Speech Pathology Australia’s Competency-Based Occupational Standards (CBOS), the associated measure of clinical performance among students, the Competency Assessment in Speech Pathology (COMPASS), and the World Health Organization International Classification of Function (WHO ICF II), the standard for descriptions of health and health related states.
