Field Placement 2 comprises two components: a supervised Social Work practice placement and integrative academic study. The unit builds on the previous placement, requiring students to write learning objectives which identify the skills they need to develop and demonstrate to practise as a social worker. These skills are further developed through a formal integration session in the academic environment as well as through supportive university liaison and professional supervision on placement. | |||
