In this unit, students will develop the key employability and personal skills that will help them prepare for future employment. At an individual level, students will develop a Career Plan and gain experience writing cover letters, adapting their resume to different work environments, addressing selection criteria, and performing well in interviews. At an organisational level, students will develop a more advanced understanding of global business contexts, including the role of ethics, social responsibility, accountability and culture, and their individual role in that environment.
