Occupational therapists work in teams and this unit provides students with an overview of the key issues that can enhance team productivity. It considers issues that motivate people's behaviour at work, such as core people-management skills and processes, job design, working with people in teams, in meetings, and in situations of conflict, leadership and supervisory skills, appraisal and development of staff, and career planning. | |||
