This unit comprises two performance orientated modules: dance and football.
The dance module is designed to expose students to a variety of different dance styles. It is mainly a practical unit with emphasis being placed on individual and group performance, and analysis of techniques. The football module will focus on the development of personal skill, the understanding of strategy and tactics and knowledge of the playing rules. | |||
