It aims to prepare them for careers in a variety of fields including employment relations, industrial relations, personnel and human resource management and general management. The unit examines theories of leadership, styles of leadership, the link between leadership and management, leadership in diverse workforces, and how to lead organisations or business units in times of change. | |||
