This unit introduces methodologies into exploring and researching a site and possibilities for developing a body of work from this research. Students will apply a range of ideas and approaches to develop visual research from which they will present a proposal and timeline. The aim of this unit is to enable students to develop and structure a self-directed body of work through research, planning and presentation. This unit will include analysis of contemporary artists and designers who use site as the basis of their work. Full Unit Outline | |||
