During the unit students will be given the opportunity to develop a broad view of the complexity of designing work related learning to support the achievement of organisational goals. The unit introduces the basic concepts and theories of workplace learning and training and asks you to apply some of these concepts to workplace issues and to participate in simulated training delivery.
This unit encourages students to construct their own concepts of workplace learning, and assess their own skills for managing learning at work. You will complete the unit by constructing learning programmes and experiencing programme delivery. Full Unit Outline | |||
