Detailed attention is given to motivation and the process of classroom management and their application to school situations. This unit includes the various theoretical positions regarding motivation and management, the development of positive social relationships in teaching, studies of interaction in the classroom, effective communication, and the development of teaching styles and teaching strategies that promote effective learning, social development and progressive self-management.
