Description:

This unit outlines issues surrounding strategic planning in the health sector. The impact of issues at personal, organisational and political levels is examined within a strategic decision making framework. Issues that impinge upon planning are introduced, including policy and health needs analysis. Evaluation is discussed from a range of planning perspectives.
