This unit focuses on the processes involved in deciding on health program or service strategy, developing plans, and implementing and evaluating initiatives. Logic models are investigated as tools that can assist with program planning and implementation. Techniques for ensuring program plans are appropriately implemented are analysed and students will investigate the principles and practice of ensuring that health programs and services are of an appropriate quality.
