This unit explains Project Quality Management, which seeks to ensure that a project will meet its aims, that is, that the quality of the result is sufficient. Project Quality Management is one of the nine knowledge areas defined by the PMBOK®. Project Quality Management ensures there is a plan for managing, assuring, and controlling the project's quality. Project Quality Management - describes the processes required to ensure that the project will satisfy the needs for which it was undertaken.
