Caring for older patients is inevitable for most doctors and will increasingly be a feature of medical practice. Medical school curricula however have not emphasised the uniqueness of dealing with older patients and how they interact with the health care system. This unit will focus on placing Geriatric patients care in the correct context and perspective. | |||
