The Associate Degree of Hospitality Management has been designed for individuals who recognise the need to develop themselves for successful leadership in contemporary hospitality organisations. The course will provide a strong background in all aspects of Hospitality Management. An increasing number of employers prefer those with a university qualification for management positions in addition to professionalism, experience and a positive attitude.
