G60 Bachelor of Science (Applied and Analytical Chemistry)

The Bachelor of Science (Applied and Analytical Chemistry) course provides students with a thorough background in analytical chemistry with a strong emphasis on instrumentation and the development of variety of important analytical skills. It is designed to meet industries' need for capable, dynamic and innovative graduates with well-developed technical skills and a sound theoretical knowledge in analytical chemistry. The Royal Australian Chemical Institute has accredited this course allowing students to become members of this nationally recognised institute.

 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Students must have a completed Diploma, Advanced Diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline from a registered training organisation.

Applicants who have passed either WACE Chemistry 3A/3B, WACE Integrated Science 3A/3B, or equivalents may, with approval from the Course Coordinator, enrol in this course while concurrently undertaking TAFE studies.
