INTRODUCTION
With increasing lifespans and a rapidly ageing population, quality of life and health in ageing has become a global priority. The Master of Geriatric Medicine equips medical practitioners with the knowledge and skills to provide high quality and contemporary care for the older person. The course combines a clinical focus with the analysis of the social context, evidence based practice and systems of care.
