G55 Bachelor of Business Services (Hospitality, Tourism and Wine Studies)

This degree is designed for students who would like to be managers, leaders and small business owners within the regional wine and food industry. It adds an enterprise and tourism component to a food and wine degree to enable participants to work, manage and own establishments in relation to wine, food and tourism. The major is designed with emphasis on wine tourism areas and the major could relate to Australia and internationally.
